- Products and Services
- WILD Swimrun AB offers merchandise of various kinds, including clothing and products that feature WILD’s logo or are otherwise branded with WILD’s colors.
- All products are shipped to the customer from Sweden. All products are designed and refined in Sweden.
- Prices and Payments
- Prices are stated including VAT at first presentation and are clearly specified in the shopping cart and at payment.
- Payments are processed via WooCommerce in collaboration with STRIPE, and we accept both debit and credit cards.
- Delivery
- Deliveries may take up to 10 days, while orders within Sweden and the EU are usually delivered within 3-4 days. For deliveries to other parts of the world (e.g., North America), delivery is not traceable.
- WILD delivers traceably within Sweden and, if the customer chooses this option, also within the EU.
- The customer can pick up the item at WILD’s residence address or according to another agreement with the WILD team, which must be made before purchase.

Customs or Other Additional Costs
- The customer is responsible for any fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or other permit-required costs that may be imposed by third parties or the state in connection with the delivery of goods from WILD Swimrun.
- WILD Swimrun AB is not responsible for such additional costs.
- Returns and Refunds
- WILD’s policy is that returns are not allowed.
- According to Swedish consumer law, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If the customer wishes to exercise this right, they must notify WILD Swimrun at hello@wildswimrun.com. The item must be returned within 48 hours (2 days) from the time the customer notifies WILD of their wish to cancel the purchase.
- The item must be suitably packaged for necessary transport. The customer should also keep receipts as proof of when and where the item was shipped.
- In the event of any returns, the item must be both unused and delivered without damage.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for any returns.
- Customer Responsibility
- The customer agrees to carefully read all information regarding sizes and products to make a correct choice, as exchanges or returns are not possible after exercising the right of withdrawal.
- Limitation of Liability
- WILD Swimrun AB is not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or delays that occur in connection with deliveries or use of products.
- Force Majeure
- WILD Swimrun AB is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- Changes to Terms
- These terms may be changed, and the customer is advised to print their own copy of these terms to ensure which version was applicable at the time of purchase. WILD keeps historical versions, but only the latest applicable version is published on the website.
- Consent and Confirmation
- The customer agrees to these general terms when making a purchase. By purchasing an item, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the general terms.
- Data Protection and Privacy

- Disputes
- Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved according to Swedish law. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiations.
